How long does my order take to be ready?

While some stock is available for immediate pick up or shipping, other orders are hand made by request in our factory in China, and are then shipped to us for quality check. Clients whose orders are not immediately available should expect a 2-4 week period before receiving their order. We apologize in advance if you happen to have a long wait period, but we promise we are worth it!

Do you offer international shipping? 

At this moment, we are focusing our efforts on clients within the US. But we do have plans to expand as soon as possible!

What is your return policy? 

Hair is a delicate and is quickly prone to contamination once a package is opened. Because of this, we DO NOT accept returns or refunds. Thank you for understanding!
